Forgive me but why all the love for Zune HD?

In a vacuum, the decision to release Zune HD would have been brilliant.

However, it is very disconcerting to see people going gaga over this device IMO, shamelessly.

Do numbskulls sometimes run Microsoft?

Last week, I advised a friend to switch to Microsoft Online Services from Office Live, due to my concerns about data security and retention.

She agreed.

However, this tech-savvy woman ran into issues with migrating her current Hotmail-based emails to Exchange online.

Unable to reach me over the weekend, she contacted Microsoft Online Services for assistance.
