Bottom-feeding jackals in Oregon flee

With the passing of a bill limiting the maximum amount these hyenas payday lenders can charge to 36%, there has been the stampede of exits from the state by the same.


Good to see the elected looking out for the impoverished for a change.

Why, just why, would you need to charge a victim more than 36%?


The watering down of usury laws across the country over the past decades allowed these predators to feed on the most vulnerable. And they did so with gusto!

Now, their entire industry has been chased from a state.

Hopefully, this is just a start…
